Color masterbatches
A very wide range of color masterbatches containing selected pigment combinations are available. Apart from the existing colors, a fast and accurate computerized color-matching service can develop any new color a customer requests and provide a free-of-charge sample for testing.
White masterbatches
White masterbatches are based on rutile coated Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) finely dispersed in a polymer carrier. They offer high opacity and easy processing. Our range includes white masterbatches with various additives such as PPA (polymer processing aid), slip, anti-static, anti-split and UV-stabilizers.
Black masterbatches
Black masterbatches contain finely dispersed carbon-black in a polymer carrier. Our range includes masterbatches with different types of carbon-black and containing additives, such as antioxidant & PPA, which offer specific benefits to certain applications.
Our supplier is known as one of the most competitive manufacturers of high quality black masterbatches in Europe .
UV-stabilizer masterbatches
Our supplier has very long experience and deep technical knowledge in UV-stabilization of polymers. It provides proven solutions for protecting plastic products from the harmful effect of UV radiation and is known as one of the most competitive suppliers in this field.
Additive masterbatches
A wide range of additive masterbatches is available (slip, anti-block, anti-static, flame-retardant, etc.) while special products are developed in cooperation with customers for addressing specific problems.
We have unique experience in additive masterbatches for agricultural films and can provide technical advice on their optimal use in this demanding application.
Filler masterbatches
Filler masterbatches are based on calcium carbonate and talc. They are used for property modification (e.g. as anti-split in PP tapes and as impact modifiers in PP) or for reducing cost and improving processing of plastic products.
The range also includes special grades for thin HDPE/MDPE films (T-shirt, grocery bags and super-market type applications).
Garden funriture compounds
Garden furniture compounds contain high loadings of calcium carbonate or talc, often with other additives and/or colors. They are used for coloring and improving the properties of PP garden furniture.
Masterbatches for PVC cables
Colors based on RAL or other international standard, specially developed for low and medium voltage PVC cables. The products are used by well-known cable manufacturers.
Masterbatches for synthetic fibers
Special tailor-made colors for synthetic yarns and fibers (BCF, CF, spun-bonded), with bright shades and excellent dispersion. Available in PE & PP carrier.
Tailor made multi-functional masterbatches
These masterbatches are made through close technical cooperation with customers to address specific needs. They contain different types of additives in the right proportion for producing a specific product (e.g. UV+antioxidants+infra-red+anti-drip for greenhouse films).
Single pigment concentrates
Single pigment concentrates (monomasters) contain very high concentration of a single pigment (usually 50-70% inorganic pigments and 30-50% organic pigments). Two or more of them are combined by masterbatch producers or synthetic yarn manufacturers to produce tailor-made shades.
